Terms Of Service!
* You must be at least 18 years old to commission me!
* The invoice will be sent via Paypal. I sadly don't have any
other payment processors.
* The full payment is made before i start working on the art.
* Not strictly neccesary, but please have useful references and
ideas ready for when you ask me for art!
* I may stream or post the art on my social media accounts, unless
i am requested not to.
* You can ask for revisions for the art until the flat colour art is done.
Please let me know if anything should be changed!
* There is no strict deadline, but i will try my best to finish within a month.
Feel free to ask me about progress at any time.
* I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, even if not
listed above. If i stop working on it after you commissioned an art, you will be fully refunded
minus the paypal fees.
* After payment, I'll start working on your art as soon as possible. I'll share the sketch and then the
completed lineart with you so you can approve them before i do flat colour. You can request changes at any time
before i start with shading.
* I may refuse a commission of subjects that make me feel uncomfortable,
such as the ones listed here!
* If you don't reply to me within reasonable time (about 2 weeks, please tell me if you need more time)
when i ask for approval, i may refund you minus the paypal fees and repurpose that idea for other art.
* The copyright to my artwork will stay with me. You cannot resell my art for profits.
You can aquire commercial rights for an artwork you commissioned, if you pay the price of
the commission again.
Printing stickers to give out on cons, or other things you don't
financially profit off are OK!
You may not remove my watermark or signature.
* My art may not be used for any AI training, AI image editors, NFT,
or any other scams like that.
* These terms may be updates in the future, if i see the need.
